• Camera images: When you photograph a problem, the image is sent to our servers for processing by AI models. Images are used solely for solving the problem and are not retained after processing is complete.

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your problem submissions through our AI pipeline and return verified solutions.

• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

SolveMath uses multiple third-party AI services (including Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI GPT) to analyze and solve problems. When you submit a problem, the image or text is sent to these services for processing. These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your personal identity with these providers — only the problem content is transmitted.

5. Data Retention

Camera images submitted for problem-solving are processed in real time and are not stored after the solution is delivered. Account information is retained for the duration of your account. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate, de-identified form. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SolveMath is designed for students of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information.
